Debby Birach-Mayer MA in Floral design
Debby is a floral designer with over 25 years of experience in 4 different countries. Debby completed her training in Floristry and Horticulture and she holds a Masters degree in Dutch floral design from Boerma Institute in Holland. Debby has participated in international flower competitions in Europe and designed large scale designers for Toowoomba's Carnival of Flowers.

Kimberly Halter B.Sc in Ed., MA in Ed.
The Academy Director, Kimberly Halter, has a Masters in Education and 25 years of experience in developing programs to meet specific client needs. In 2001 Kimberly registered the Academy of Career Training and now consults with other organisations to assist them to tailor their courses to meet the requirements of Vocational and Technical Education.

Glen N. Halter
Business Manager for the Academy, is currently completing a Bachelor of Adult Vocational Education and Training from Griffith University. Glen also has a keen business sense and is able to turn a business around from making a loss to making a profit. Glen has been a consultant to small business for 25 years.
