Natalie holds the position of trainer at Flowers to Impress – School of Floristry. She is a very experienced florist, having worked in the floristry industry for 10 years.
Natalie has Certificate II in Floristry (Assistant), Certificate III in Floristry, Certificate IV in Floristry. She has also completed Certificate IV in Small Business and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
She has worked in the Lockyer Valley, North Queensland, Darwin and Toowoomba, and is a very talented florist. Natalie is passionate about flowers and this comes through in her enthusiasm in teaching others.
Debby Birach-Mayer is a Dutch master floral designer with over 25 years of experience in 4 different countries. She owned a successful floristry business in Sydney for 7 years and designed for a great number of prestige hotels around Sydney.
Debby has participated in international flower competitions and won awards for her innovative designs and fresh approach. Debby’s qualifications in floristry include horticulture, art, flower arranging and design to comprehensively include every aspect of flowers from growing flowers, to arranging cut flowers, to growing the business. Debby completed TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment in April, 2011.
Deb is the RTO Officer at Flowers to Impress – School of Floristry.
Deb has over 3 years of experience working in administration and training for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs). Prior to working in the vocational education sector, she worked in administration in various sectors, including for non-profit organisations.
Her educational background includes a Bachelor of (Primary) Education specialising in second language teaching; TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment; BSB40515 Certificate IV in Business Administration; and she is currently completing her Certificate IV in Bookkeeping and Certificate IV in Accounting.
Deb has a high attention to detail and is passionate about administration and getting the job done right the first time. She lives in Toowoomba with her husband, Andrew, who is a teacher, and their young daughter, Abigail.
